Ruben Morales, a Utah-based artist, brought On Point to life. An autodidact artist, he studied under prominent sculptors Ortho Fairbanks and Ursula Brodauf-Craig. Steven Price commissioned On Point after seeing the iconic Giant Pencil smokestack in Denver, Colorado.
