Serving a Larger Purpose
Investing in People. Building Community.
Just as we build our real estate portfolio to endure for generations, and space where tenants can grow and flourish, we are just as committed to building people and communities for this and future generations. Price Real Estate has a core belief and commitment to be actively involved and continually give back to the communities in which we live and conduct business.
Art Installations for the Public
Art in public space is the most public face of the state of our culture. Art brings together the community. It is a place-maker, a destination, an inspiration, welcoming, stimulates economic growth, and makes a city unique, livable and vibrant. Art is installed and owned by the JSP Art Collective, except Take Me Out to the Ballpark and The Engine Block, which were made possible through the Salt Lake City Community Reinvestment Agency, Ballpark Mural Grant Program.

Scholarships
At Price Real Estate, we take to heart our role and responsibility to create opportunities for this and future generations. Higher education can be a substantial catalyst.
Price Real Estate and the Price Family Foundation are honored to partner with The University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business Master of Real Estate Development program, CCIM Utah, and NAIOP Utah to award scholarships annually. Over the past 10 years, 82 scholarships totaling $214,000 have been awarded to talented individuals who have bright futures within the community, especially the commercial real estate industry, taking it to the next level.
We are proud of all scholarship recipients and the opportunity to support them through their educational journey.
