As a developer and property manager, we are constantly focused on areas of impact such as transportation, site coverage efficiencies, landscape design/redesign, and energy efficient building improvements that include; water usage, lighting technology, natural light systems, insulation R-value, electric car charging stations, repurposing, recycling, sustainable practices, etc.
Emerging technologies for building design and systems are constantly being researched and investigated by the Price Team and our consulting partners. Technologies and products are researched, tested and implemented in new and existing buildings and projects when the Landlord can determine proven cost savings and reduction in environmental impact.
