Since its inception, Price Real Estate was founded upon two real estate platforms: development and acquisitions. Price and its predecessor companies, principals, employees, and certain properties are part of a multi-generational commercial real estate development and investment company with its origin dating back to 1958.

Strategically, we have chosen Utah for a significant portion of our current and future portfolio growth as it is the center of the Mountain West Region of the U.S. in business, distribution, manufacturing, transportation, finance, air travel, education, healthcare, technology (Silicon Slopes), arts and sports. Utah is the strategic “Hub of the West,” with the ability to reach 21 U.S. states, Canada and Mexico within an 18 hour drive window. Price owns buildings and properties in many of the surrounding states.
Critical transportation access points—Interstate 15 (NAFTA highway), Interstate 80, the Delta Airlines Regional Hub at the Salt Lake International Airport, and the Transcontinental Railroad—are all located within short distances of our headquarters and growing Utah and the Mountain West real estate portfolio. The North American west coast seaports are within a 10 to 13 hour drive from Salt Lake City, which is the crossroads of the West due to I-80, I-15 and the convergence of major transcontinental rail into a high-speed rail line through northern Utah.
