Developing properties and constructing buildings is in our DNA. Since constructing our first building in Boise in 1993, Price has constructed a portfolio of buildings ranging from 30,000 square foot back-loaded flex buildings to incubate and grow tenants, to mid-box back and also front loaded buidings, to cross-dock buildings ranging from 100,000 to 300,000 square feet. All buildings are constructed to institutional grade standards. Each new building is designed to facilitate the emerging and changing requirements of businesses. Starting in 2009, during the Great Recession, Price continued to develop properties and construct new buildings, and has continually employed hundreds of men and women each and every year.
Currently, Price Real Estate has in excess of 500,000 square feet of new buildings continually under construction.
